I purchased the electronic keyboard for a birthday present to give to a nephew of our 13 years. The unit arrived as expected and was very nice but the keyboard has small keys, and that he wanted a piano keyboard size. I returned to Amazon and they put a credit on my credit card. Everything went well and I'm looking forward to future purchases with Amazon.
