How to play Oxygene in a toy organ

Written By:  on February 9, 2010 No Comment

This is a rendition of Jarre played entirely on a cheap toy Casio organ (except percussion and sound effects), just to see if it was possible to obtain a minimally visible result and show that you do not need many expensive keyboards play, have fun classic synth-generated stuff. All lines have been by hand, without any MIDI sequencer, and played only a multitrack recorder. I have only studied each part just before the recording, so do not expect you note-by-note accuracy. Some parts were justAd improvised or intentionally altered to sound better with the (very) limited number of available sounds, but you will get a general idea of regulations and the general mood. So that's it, you will receive a $ 20 keyboard and enjoy!

I bought this Keyboard for my Son for his 9th birthday. My Son is almost 12yrs old, and even though
it has three missing keys he still plays it sometimes. He is a drummer by nature but likes to play it sometimes.
My 2yr old likes to play with it too. I would recommend it for kids betwee...  Read more reviews

The PX130 should NOT fool anyone into thinking they are playing, or listening to, a real piano. The weighted keys are nice, and are pretty close, to real keys, I agree. And the digital sampling of each individual note is pretty good. It is always in tune, and that is a welcome change from our aco...  Read more reviews

My 18 year old son plays my piano all the time but has recently gone away to college. He is very excited about taking this back to school with him so he can still play even though he will be far away from his piano. He loves the multiple funtions and sound...Great purchase!...  Read more reviews

I just ordered this keyboard for our family to learn how to play the piano. I did a lot of research & while I was nervous about buying without playing it first, I was very happy with the features for the price. Would love if it had weighted keys, but that is a whole other price range that will hope...  Read more reviews
